  • Yes! If you are local to Houston, TX, we can meet for individual services. Otherwise, all appointments are held virtually. Music educators and institutions outside of Houston can use our contact form to inquire about travel rates for in-person engagements.

  • Nope! Although all services will be provided by a licensed mental health professional, they are not meant to replace mental health treatment. We specialize in services tailored to the unique needs of musicians in performance situations, including performance anxiety, stress management, and creative blocks. Our approach is personally tailored to address the specific demands of high-pressure performances.

  • Scheduling an appointment is simple. Reach out to us through our contact page and we will assist you in finding a convenient time for your services or free consultation.

  • For single sessions, our rate is $249. For multiple session packages, prices are available on our “Individual Services” page. Please contact us to discuss rates for all other services. We believe in transparent pricing and strive to provide high-quality services at fair and competitive rates.

    We additionally offer a limited number of appointments at a reduced sliding scale rate. Please reach out to discuss availability.

  • Insurance companies do not consider performance coaching a “medically necessary” service and typically will not cover appointment costs.

  • Confidentiality is of the utmost importance in our practice. We adhere to strict professional standards to ensure the privacy of all of our clients. Your personal information and session discussions are kept strictly confidential, with few exceptions as required by law.

  • Our standard session length is 50 minutes long. However, we understand that each individual's needs may vary, and we can discuss options for longer sessions if necessary.

  • The number of sessions required varies depending on your specific concerns, goals, and progress. During your first session, we will work with you to develop a personalized plan that outlines recommended strategies for your goals. Each subsequent session will build on that foundation using your feedback and progress as a guide.

  • When you book a multi-session package, you have access to messaging support during business hours between scheduled appointments for real-time feedback on strategies and solutions.
